2. What Toptan Studio is
Toptan Studio is a set of small, focused desktop AI tools for photos, video, and audio. Core product rules:
- Processing runs locally on your computer.
- Your media files are not uploaded to our servers as part of normal tool use.
- Each tool is intended as a one-time purchase — not a subscription. Exact launch pricing may change.
3. Early access
Joining early access means you ask us to contact you about product availability, updates, and related offers. Early access:
- May include communications when the first tool ships
- Does not guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, or pricing
- Does not create a paid subscription
- May be limited, delayed, or changed as we develop the product

4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or product to:
- Violate any law or third-party rights
- Create or distribute harmful, illegal, or non-consensual content

You are responsible for how you use any outputs you create with the tools and for complying with local laws.
5. Intellectual property
The Toptan Studio name, website content, branding, and software (excluding your own media and your exported results) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse our site content for commercial purposes without permission.
Your media files and the outputs you generate locally remain yours, subject to applicable law and third-party rights in any material you process.

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that early access will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPTAN STUDIO AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR EARLY ACCESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE WEBSITE OR EARLY ACCESS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY) OR (B) USD $50.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
